The engineer’s visit and quote are free, with no obligation. Booking online books that visit: we call you to agree the time. The engineer gives you a fixed price before any work starts. Extra work is only done if you agree a price for it first.
You pay when the job is done, by card (including over the phone) or in cash.
If you agree a job at your home, you can cancel within 14 days. If you ask us to start straight away and cancel later, you pay for the work already done. Once the job is finished, the right to cancel ends.
Every installation comes with our 1-year guarantee on our workmanship. You can buy longer cover on the day of the installation. It doesn’t cover damage, misuse or changes made by someone else. Equipment we supply also carries its maker’s warranty.
Nothing here affects your legal rights. We hold £2m public liability insurance. If something isn’t right, tell us and we’ll put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
